10 Things to do from April 12th

Although lockdown 3.0 feels like it’s never ending, the light at the end of the tunnel is finally in sight!
With April 12th just around the corner, we wanted to provide you with the top ten things you will be able to do ...and wow. We are so excited!
From Theme parks to fresh barnets, take a read and remind your girls.
1. Roots away! Salons are back

Finally, time to sort out those roots, hair salons are open for business and were ready for it! So, what will it be? The usual highlights or something a bit more out the ordinary?
2. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere… Outdoor drinks have arrived

Beer gardens and day drinks are back, and we could explode with excitement! After 4 long months of no bars/pubs, they’re finally returning. Although this time outdoors, so make sure to wrap up warm. Despite the cold, this time there will be no curfew or substantial meals… so cheers to that!

3. Time for a fresh set... Nail salons reopen

It’s time to get those nails looking fresh. Unless you're keeping it natural, we’ve been loving the pastel au naturale diy nail art. But if you're an acrylics kinda girl its your time to shine.
4. Making the gains - ITS GYM TIME

Hot girl summer prep is in full swing with the reopening of gyms and we can’t wait to get back to it. So, scrap the home workouts and dust off the gym kit as we can finally go back to some sort of normality.
5. Life is a rollercoaster… Theme parks return

…You just gotta ride it! Theme parks are open for business, perfect for adrenaline junkies or just a trip out with the girls / bf. Our personal top picks at Alton Towers are Oblivion and Nemesis for those who dare.

6. Straight on the barbie - Garden Parties are back.

It’s time to get those summer outfits sorted as barbeques and garden parties are just around the corner, socially distanced of course. But it’s a start… and it’s getting us very excited for June 21st.

7. Make a splash
Take the plunge! Swimming pools are opening. If the gym isn’t your thing, this is the perfect alternative to still get some exercise. Also, a great day out if you have kids!

8. Go wild for zoos!

Its time to revive your inner Tiger King. With plenty of opportunities to hang out with the animals, Zoo’s can be a great day out for the whole family, or even a first date. Our faves include Chester Zoo, Edinburgh Zoo and the ZSL London Zoo.

9. Grubs up - Nando's in the sun

No more takeaway only, its finally time to get back to our favourite restuarants -  as long as they have outdoor seating… We can’t wait for this one! Along with no curfew, we’ll be going out for breakfastlunch, dinner and everything in-between. So where will it be? The options are endless.

10. Keeping it wheel  - Drive in cinema date nights

The drive-in cinemas have made their return. With the summer nights pending, what a better time for an outdoor cinema with the sunsetting in the background. With films appropriate for every age, this is a perfect afternoon/evening activity that is effortlessly socially distanced!

Which one are you most excited for?!
